WE CREATE AND DEVELOP INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION SYSTEMS WITH MODERN MICROCOMPUTERS, USING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ALGORITHMS.

We develop automatic control systems for a wide range of industrial plants and machines, based on the «Industry 4.0» concept, which is itself based on modern microcomputer solutions:

-Creation of automatic control systems for new industrial and laboratory facilities.

-We are modernizing our production facilities with a replacement system for the control system we first created.

-Use of neural networks to add artificial intelligence functions to the production process.

– We use multi-core computing processors (Cortex-A72 on ARMv8 architecture) as the core of the control system.

– We use reliable sensors from the well-known companies Texas Instruments, STM32, OMRON, etc.

– We implement the interaction of subsystems through technical Wi-Fi and the Internet.

– We installed a state-of-the-art touchpad with 3D computer graphics on the machines.

In collaboration with the University of Kurchatov, an effective hydrogen fuel cell 30 atm was created

CREATION OF SPECIALIZED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAMS.

We provide educational services in engineering specialties at university level, with graduation and issuance of a state university certificate for graduates.

– Preparation of specialized educational programs according to the clients (Partners – Government – Industry) requirements.

– Formation of a professor’s group.

– Based on the results of studying the specialized educational programs, students receive a state certificate for the completed refresher courses and the passed qualification test.

– The trainings can take place in all forms including even augmented virtual reality.


MANUFACTURE OF LARGE-FORMAT PRODUCTS FROM COMPOSITE MATERIALS THROUGH VACUUM INFUSION (CARBON, GLASS, KEVLAROPLASTICS).

We work with the customer to prepare a technical task for the product: harmonization of product forms, requirements for composite products. Depending on the required parameters of the final product, consumables and manufacturing options are selected.

Work is underway on the construction of composite products, the future properties and properties of those which are being studied.

We are working on the parameters of manufactured composite products (destruction control).

We design (in Altium Designer) and manufacture printed circuit boards up to 4 precision single- and double-layer stages with metallization on LPKF devices.
